By accessing or using the Tipsey platform ("Service"), operated by Tipsey Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are legally permitted to engage in gambling activities in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Tipsey provides sports betting tips and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only.

We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept, process, or facilitate bets. Any betting activity you undertake based on information provided by Tipsey is done entirely at your own discretion through third-party bookmakers and betting operators.

Our AI-generated tips, confidence scores, Tipsey Points ratings, and recommended stakes are algorithmic outputs based on publicly available data. They are not guarantees of outcomes and should not be treated as financial or gambling advice.

While we endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranty or representation, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information provided through the Service. Odds, form data, conditions, and other information are sourced from third parties and may contain errors or become outdated.

AI-generated analysis and tips are produced by machine learning models that, by their nature, involve uncertainty. We do not guarantee any particular win rate, return on investment, or profitability.

Tipsey is committed to promoting responsible gambling. You agree to:

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Free trials are provided for the duration specified at the time of signup. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or for losses incurred while using the Service.

All content on the Tipsey platform, including but not limited to AI-generated analysis, tips, scoring systems, branding, and software, is the intellectual property of Tipsey Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without our prior written consent.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse of the Service, or redistribution of tips.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tipsey Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
